Prices depend on your unique situation. Often I’ll pay you, and sometimes you’ll pay me to clear it out.
It’s the fastest way to get a house cleaned out and ready for sale — or make a “pick,” buying just the items of interest without taking on the whole property.

Auctions & Consignments
Commissions typically run 35–50% for full estate liquidations. I have strong relationships with several auction houses and can often negotiate a lower cost. Consignments are reserved for the right pieces.
Best for estates with marketable, in-demand antiques, tools, cars, and heavy equipment — I can arrange an onsite auction or facilitate an in-house sale.
